At Lzuri Fashion Private Limited, we understand that you may need to cancel an order. Please review this Cancellation Policy for information about when and how an order can be cancelled and how refunds are handled.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may generally be cancelled only before they are shipped or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To request an order cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible with your order details. We will make reasonable efforts to process your cancellation request before the order is shipped.
An order will be considered cancelled only after you receive confirmation from Lzuri Fashion Private Limited.
3. Cancellation Charges
There are generally no cancellation charges when an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
5. Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may generally be cancelled before dispatch. Once a COD order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
6. Cancellation by Lzuri Fashion Private Limited
Lzuri Fashion Private Limited reserves the right to cancel an order due to reasons including product unavailability, payment issues, pricing or technical errors, incorrect order information, suspected fraudulent activity, delivery restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Customers will be notified of the cancellation where appropriate.
